• Acknowledgment of Risk and Waiver of Liability: By completing this registration, I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with sports and activities involving dance or motion. Fully understanding these risks, I voluntarily consent, whether on behalf of myself or my child/children, to participate in all Zaytouna Academy programs and accept all associated risks. I hereby affirm that Zaytouna Academy, along with its directors, instructors, staff, and volunteers, shall not be held responsible for injuries that may occur during training, practice, or group activities both within and outside the dance studio.

• Payment Terms: Class fees must be paid in full before the class starting date. Students may only participate in the class after payment has been received. Please note that tuition fees do not cover event participation fees.

• Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds, credits, or makeup classes provided for missed classes, or for monthly or full-term membership cancellations.

• شروط الدفع: يجب أن تكون رسوم الصفوف مدفوعة بالكامل قبل تاريخ بدء الصف. لن يُسمح للطلاب بالمشاركة في الصف حتى يتم استلام الدفع. يُرجى ملاحظة أن رسوم الدراسة لا تتضمن رسوم المشاركة في الفعاليات.
• سياسة الإلغاء: لن يتم استرداد الأموال ولن يتم تقديم رصيد أو دروس تعويضية لأي صفوف تم تفويتها أو لإلغاء العضوية الشهرية أو عضوية الفصل الكامل.
