Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability: I recognize that potentially injuries can occur in sports or activities involving dance or motion. Being fully aware of these dangers, I voluntarily consent for my child/children to participate in all Zaytouna Academy programs and accept all risks associated with that participation. I hereby acknowledge that Zaytouna Academy, their directors, instructors, staff or volunteers are not responsible for injuries that may take place during training, practice or group activities inside or outside the dance studio*
Class fees MUST be received before the class starting date. Students may not be permitted to participate in class till payment is received. Tuition fees DO NOT include events participation fees.*
CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no refunds, no credits and no makeup classes offered for any missed classes There are no refunds for monthly or full term membership cancellation
